Sundae Stories is a by-students, for students space that shares sweet stories, tips and tricks for school life, and support for mental health. Sometimes you just want to melt under the pressure, but we’re here to help you keep cool.
Our Launch
Sundae Stories was created to empower and uplift post-secondary students by five students who saw the need within their own communities. Our team wanted to put students’ mental health first and equip them with the knowledge and support to do the same. Through weekly interview-style podcasts, uplifting blog posts, and access to local resources, Sundae Stories is committed to promoting open and honest discussions about mental health and helping students to feel less alone in their own experiences.

Our Mission
Our mission is to promote the mental health of post-secondary students across Canada by spreading the power of uplifting stories and providing helpful resources that foster well-being.
Our Vision
Sundae Stories offers an on-the-go mood boost in the form of uplifting stories, fun interview-style podcasts, and helpful resources for students. We know that post-secondary life can be stressful, but we’re here to make your day a little sweeter.
In tandem with sharing positive student success stories, we aim to start conversations about student mental health and to work toward eliminating harmful stigmas. We want to ensure that Sundae Stories is a place where students feel safe, heard, and supported.
What We Do
Through a weekly interview-style podcast, uplifting blog posts, and access to local resources, Sundae Stories is committed to promoting open and honest discussions about mental health and helping students feel less alone in their own experiences. We feature exclusively feel-good news, with an aim to spread positivity and provide a much-needed reminder of life’s silver linings. All content is free to students through our website, with a mix of written and audio formats to ensure accessible content is available for everyone.
